Imagine an evening outside, surrounded by the lush vineyards and succulent ripe grapes, watching the sunset while you enjoy an amazing multi-course dinner from Chef Randy of Randy's Bistro. Begin the evening with our inaugural vintage of Sparkling Rose. Sit down to an elegant place setting as the meal progresses and enjoy three courses from Randy paired with three award-winning wines from Layne, founder and winemaker at m2 Wines.

m2 Wines is offering this to you for the first time ever in our 20-year history.

Here is a sample of Randy's menu:

• Starter: Cold pumpkin gazpacho

• Course one: Grilled pumpkin and peach salad, balsamic reduction glace, and blue cheese crumble and pistachio

• Course entree: Randy's Bistro chicken in a white wine sauce with artichoke and sun-dried tomatoes, served with a side of creamy Yukon mashed potatoes

• Dessert course: Warm mixed berries compote with Bread pudding

Tickets are $145.00 per person, or $275.00 per couple.
